Cart Trac 2010
In the past, our Fanfests have been broadcast by dozens of people playing the game through whatever means they have available; emulators, virtual console, carts, etc. The problem with this is that everyone is playing a different game.
We thought we’d try something a little different for our first-ever EarthBound Fanfest: everyone plays from the same cart. When we first came up with the idea, it seemed a little too crazy to work. But having shipped out thousands of packages through the USPS, we’ve learned that their flat rate envelopes are both reliable and cheap.
And so, we present Cart Trac 2010: a visual display of the journey our cart will be making across North America. Every night, our host will open up the cart, pick up where the last broadcaster left off, and then ship it off to its next destination.
