My husband and I got matching Lovers shirts! I'm 5'10" and 135lb, he's 5'11" 140lb and we both got the medium sizes in Women's and unisex. They fit perfectly! Mine's a little roomy, but I'm pretty skinny. It fits my tall frame very well. His is spot on.
