Before Heating

  • Remove all tags and ensure that the product is clean and dry before use.
  • Remove the pouch from the plush cover.
  • DO NOT MICROWAVE the plush cover (The Ralsei part). Only microwave the pouch.
  • Only heat from room temperature.
  • Only adults should operate a microwave oven.
  • Use only under adult supervision.

Microwaving the Pouch

  • Ensure that the microwave is clean and the turntable can rotate freely.
  • Place the pouch in the microwave.
  • Heat the pouch in 30 second intervals as directed in the table below.
  • You can also heat in 10 to 20 second increment to avoid overheating.
  • Inspect the pouch between each interval.

After Heating

  • Use caution when removing the pouch insert from the microwave, as it will be hot.
  • Allow the pouch insert to cool for a few minutes before handling.
  • Reinsert the pouch in the plush cover.
  • Only reheat the pouch insert after it has returned to room temperature.
  • Surface clean as needed with a damp sponge.
  • Inspect regularly. If damaged, discard in normal household waste.
  • Store in a cool dry place after each use.

To Use For Cooling

  • Put the plush with pouch inside a sealable plastic freezer bag to keep it clean, dry, and protected from moisture and food odors.
  • Place in a freezer for 2 hours or more.
  • Never get it wet.

Warnings

  • CONTAINS: FLAXSEED, MILLET. Not suitable for those with flaxseed or millet allergies.
  • Not suitable for individuals with poor circulation, diabetes, or sensitive skin.
  • Recommended for ages 12 and up.
  • Use only under adult supervision.
  • This product can cause burns. Avoid prolonged direct contact with the skin.
  • Use caution when removing the pouch from the microwave.
  • This product is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, mitigate, or prevent disease.
