Our custom-made mugs are heavy duty, but if you want them to last a long time you may consider washing them by hand and avoid microwaving. This is especially important for our color-changing mugs, as exposure to constant high heat can remove the color changing ink much faster.

Oh, it WAS cute...
Been handwashing but now I'm scared to even use it, seems like every time I look at it some part of the design has chipped off. You just couldn't put an extra coat of that glossy protection-stuff for cups on this one, could you? It's the first mug I've ever had this problem with...
It's really a shame... its such a gorgeous piece. The entire cast is on this one and that has to warrant it as a popular mug, right? -But, what's the value to it once everyone is faded? Pretty soon it will all be just a memory. I'd love to buy another for display purposes later but this cup is soooo delicate. Buyers ought to be warned.

A good mug, but...
Don't let others use it. Wash it by hand. take GOOD CARE OF THIS MUG. Mark my words. If you let others use it, they will probably put it in the dishwasher and POOF. There goes the colorful design.

Gorgeous Design, However
Be very careful when washing it, and I recommend keeping it sorted away from other dishes when washing. Some of the design scraped off with a two-sided sponge before my boyfriend realized what happened. It wasn't steel wool or anything either.
Aside from that, it's a solid mug. The design is super cute. I plan to get another to put up on the wall with the other Undertale tea cup.

You Rule Yule Dude!
Ahh, This mug is ADORABLE!!!! Perfect for any ut collection. I love the designs and everything. I'm a big hot cocoa and hot tea drinker so I'm glad to have a mug to use as my own. Yet, there is an slight issue, I just got it today, brand new, just opened, yet theres a small denting chip on the bottom of my mug. I'm sure It won't do much... but...

A-mug-zing!
I got this mug for Christmas, and let me tell you, it’s one of the best mugs I own. The design is absolutely ADORABLE and I love the use of red and white! Didn’t have any problems washing it, though I also didn’t use it all that much. Would highly suggest buying.
