This official Ib plush was designed by Chihiro Sakaida for Fangamer Japan. It's about 9.8 inches tall when seated, and includes a rose accessory it can hold in either hand with magnets as well as an embroidered handkerchief.

Awesome plushy! BUT accessory missing. :(
Arrived today, and I'm very happy with it! This and the Garry plushy are very cool/well-made! Although, after checking both pockets on it, my Ib plushy seemed to be missing her handkerchief. IDK if anyone else got the same problem, as I don't see any other reviews yet, but still really awesome addition to my ever-growing plushy collection!
