That sure is DELTARUNE Chapter 2 CD Soundtrack
The "DELTARUNE" text on the CD is raised which makes it feel more premium. Oh and also the soundtrack itself is in lossless .WAV which is always nice, so you're not forced into buying it again digitally if you want to have it saved locally to your device, but you probably already knew that.

I will never get tired of these game’s music
With this, I now have all of Deltarune’s soundtrack on CD until chapters 3 and 4 get released! And when the CDs for those drop I’ll be sure to get them too to add to my collection. Now that I have both CDs for chapters 1 and 2 I really like stacking them on top of each other on my shelf. The sound quality is perfect. Although there is this one weird song at the very end of the soundtrack after Before The Story with chirping sounds and stuff. It’s really not a complaint, I’m just not sure why it’s there. If it was a scrapped song I don’t know why it’s not in the song list. In the Undertale soundtrack they include Song That Might Play When You Fight Sans and Before The Story and they’re both in the song lists. I don’t know if that song ever appears in the game or what. But yeah, good CD

Excellent music, questionable CD quality
It was worth the price (and wait time) just to hear BIG SHOT emanating from my car's speakers! Though I am put off by one thing: why is the disc a fuzzily-printed, almost greenish print? I have all three Undertale/Deltarune soundtracks, and I posted a picture to show how noticable the difference in quality & appearance is.
