Karmotrine Dream is a book of cocktail recipes reimagined as five friends' combined efforts to commemorate their trip to Glitch City (without access to all the synthetic ingredients you can find at VA-11 Hall-A). Each easy-to-follow recipe is accompanied by beautiful stylized photography as well as stories and helpful comment-section crosstalk from our intrepid zine-writers.

There are 25 recipes in all, plus eight mocktail variations, along with a glossary to help you read and recreate each one—from "Bad Touch" and "Frothy Water" to "Zen Star" and "Flaming Moai." 

It was written, mixed, and photographed by Bryan Connor, a classically trained pastry chef and the author of Mother's Cookbook, with design and layout by Audrey Waner.

Great recipes but potentially has a misprint in it.
I've only tried two recipes from this so far and they were both very good. I only give this four stars because there's a massive misprint in it. The sunshine cloud is listed as being an optional karmotrine drink yet the non-alcoholic recipe isn't anywhere on either page. And despite the method being talked about briefly in the chat logs there isn't enough information to go off of. Was this intentional?

Sorry about the missing non-alcoholic recipe for the Sunshine Cloud! It should be: 4 oz Rooibos tea, iced 0.75 oz simple syrup 1 oz chocolate sauce 8 oz whole milk

Must have for fans; One minor hitch
Fun cocktail book and I love the little blurbs the contributors wrote for each drink. The only thing I noticed, and I may have gotten a weird copy, was the Sunshine Cloud drink not having a non-alcoholic version despite it being mentioned in the drink's blurb? Otherwise a fantastic addition for any fan.

Time to Mix Drinks and Change Lives
I got very lucky I was able to get it before it sell out during the first run, I'm a huge fan of VA-11 Hall-A and I always wanted to try the drinks in real life, but now I can with this cocktail recipe book and I can't wait to tell my friends about it, now it's time to mix drinks and change lives.
