Really Disappointing
The picture makes this look like something substantial almost like a reference guide. It's not like that at all. The print is very small in correlation with the size of the "booklet" which is about the size of a baseball card. It is also very thin and almost feels like something out of a vending machine. This is not a product I would recommend to anyone, even a fan of the Legend of Zelda. I'm glad it came late in the mail so my brother didn't have feign joy at receiving it for Christmas. Sorry...

A great jumping-off point!
The passport is a great jumping-off point if you want to learn Japanese, or just want a study aid to practice what you know already. It cannot be overstated how useful it was to a beginner like me (I have been teaching myself for just under a year, now) finally apply my knowledge a little bit.
