		<description>I trekked over to Dean's site myself just now (http://www.axelrodmanagement.com) and I gotta say, it's almost as spiffy as a Reidesigned site. ;D Seriously tho, I love his blog: "Successfully growing a business is like raising a child. If the child is properly nurtured she will learn how to solve problems in an age-appropriate manner, learning how to solve bigger and more complicated problems as she matures. [...] A child that does not develop these skills will lose [...] the energy and excitement that boost creativity. [...] She will have aged without even realizing the fruits of her youth."

Dude.  I think he just called FanGamer a &lt;i&gt;girl.&lt;/i&gt; :O</description>
